Symptom narrative

On 05/31/2025, customer was administered an extra dose of Shingrix by a floater pharmacist. This was discovered when customer came in to get his second dose on 08/15/2025. I checked records and found that he had already completed both doses in 2022. Customer reported not having any side effects after the administrating of the third doses of Shingrix.
