Systemic: WHILE OBSERVING PT. A FEWS SECS. AFTER VACC. ADMIN,SHE WAS SUDDENLY VERY CALM AND HER EYES ROLLED UP SHOWING ONLY THE WHITES ,SEVERAL TAPS ON THE SHOULDER HELPED TO BRING PT. BACK TO FULL ALERT. SHE WAS THEN KEPT UNDER OBSERV.AND LEFT AFTER 15 MIN.-Mild
