Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Patient came back this morning and said that her arm was really soar and this didnt happen with first dose of this medication-Medium, Systemic: Weakness-Severe, Additional Details: Patient came in the morning and said that her arm was really sore from the injection that she had received yesterday afternoon. She could move her arm but it was in a great deal of pain. I asked if he arm was swallow,red or warm. she said that she believed that her arm was a little swollen. I advised her to take ibuprofen and place an ice pack on the area for 10 minutes at a time. She said thank you and would try doing this
