Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: PT FAINTED AFTER VACCINE WAS ADMINISTERED. PT AWAS MOVED SAFELY TO THE GROUND WITH FEET UP. ICE PACKS WERE PROVIDED TO THE PATIENT. PT RECOVERED WITHIN AN HOUR AND WAS ABLE TO WALK AWAY WITH NO INJURY AND HARM.
