Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Seizure-Medium, Additional Details: A few minutes after vaccine administration of Boostrix and Menveo, pt collapsed and experienced a seizure for a few seconds. Upon coming to, pt was A&O x3 (name, state, president, unsure of date [during summer break]). Mom reported pt not liking needles or blood and that she pricked his finger earlier that morning. Pt also did not eat breakfast prior to appointment.
