Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Systemic: Joint Pain-Medium, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Additional Details: Patient reported to the pharmacy with rash around injection site and redness and swelling below the injection site on upper arm. He also reported hamstring pain in his left leg, but was unsure if it was related to the vaccine.
