Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Severe, Systemic: Confusion-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Severe, Systemic: Hypotension-Severe, Systemic: Nausea-Severe, Systemic: Weakness-Severe, Additional Details: Pt, passed out, fell off of a chair and smashed her face into the carpet. Bleeding on the cheek, RPH on duty did absolutely nothing. Thank god the NP was around and quickly jumped in to help her.
