Symptom narrative

Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Systemic: Confusion-Mild, Systemic: Red Rash on left arm from sholder to elbow-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Additional Details: Patient returned to pharmacy 8/13/2025 after 8/11/2025 Capvaxive vaccine being administered. Presents with a visible red rash on left arm. Vaccine given in that arm. Injection site looked normal otherwise. He said he felt feverish at times and woke up in a sweat morning after vaccine. RPh advised benadry cream and tylenol. Instructed to see docrot if symptoms got worse. RPh called patient at home later in the day. He is feeling a little better and rash has improved with benadryl.
