Systemic: Seizure-Medium, Additional Details: Patient has hx of head injury from MVA 4 years ago. seizure occured within 4 minutes of vaccination. mild seizure lasting approximately 15 seconds. BP and Pulse normal when check 2 minutes later. PT fully recovered in less than 5 minutes, reporting no visual or imbalance problem.
