After receiving HPV, MENC, And Bexsero pt c/o dizziness. Vital checks q 5 minutes (1307 BP- 97/62 P- 53 02-99% 1312 BP 99/60 P-54 02- 99% 1320 BP- 101/63 P- 54 02-97%), ice pack, water, recline and rest. 1321 pt was amulatory and no longer c/o dizziness. pt states he is feeling better and is comfortable with leaving at this time. pt was ambulatory and left the facility with parent.
