Symptom narrative

Patient came in to clinic on 08/18/2025 reporting reaction after receiving PCV 20 on 08/14/2025. Patient verbalize she started experiencing swelling of the face and right arm on Friday AM. Accompanied by chills, knee pain and abdominal pain. Patient reports symptoms subsided on Sunday and therefor did not go to the EC or urgent care. Patient currently has swelling and redness of the right arm; denies further signs and symptoms at this time.
