Symptom narrative

Patient reported arm pain and nausea day of immunization, said she did not feel like eating. She woke up the next day and went to feed her dog and reported feeling light-headed and passing out. She estimates that she was out for about one minute. She feels fine now and doesn't believe she has any lasting impact.
