Symptom narrative

Within 24 hours, developed diarrhea that lasted for 7 days. Required PICU level care on 8/14 with multiple fluid boluses, broad spectrum Vancomycin and ceftriaxone and closer monitoring. Eventually able to be transferred to Infectious Disease team on 8/15 with improvement.
