pt received vaccine 8/16/25, pt reported warmth, soreness, redness, swelling in L arm, fatigue, fever after within minutes after receiving 2nd shingrix vaccine. pt took tylenol which reduced fever. reaction stayed location. pt reported to pharmacy 8/17/25 w/continued w/improved redness and improved fatigue.
