A 74-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 13Mar2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: EN6208), in arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Rheumatoid arthritis", start date: Feb2017 (ongoing); "Interstitial lung disease", start date: Feb2017 (ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "pain at injection site"; PYREXIA (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "fever"; FATIGUE (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "tiredness".
