Client had 2 episodes of syncope, B/P were low 70's/50's. Asked parent if he wanted student to be evaluated at the ER. Parent agreed. Pt went to ER via ambulance . Pt eval at ER and sent home, per father. Checked with parent at 3pm client home resting and tired.
