Patient's mother called stating patient starting getting a rash all over his body specifically on both his arms, trunk, and peck. Patient's mother also states that his right arm is hot as well. Was recommended that the patient should take Benadryl and go to Urgent care in case symptoms become worse. Mother said she will take his to urgent care.
