patient received their first dose of GARDASIL9 in another unknown country and their current state shot record indicates that it was given at 8 years old instead of 9 years old; No additional AE reported.; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to an 8-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, at the age of 8 (instead of 9 years-old), the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL9) (lot # and expiration date were not reported) (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age) in another country for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, at the age of 10, the patient received a second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL9) (lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis.
