Swelling face

Symptom narrative

Ongoing right side facial swelling noted 8 days post vaccination. Denies pain, notes drinks dribble out of mouth. Patient encouraged to be seen in Emergency department. Pt states swelling persists and worsens on hot / sunny days.

Current illness

Denies any illnesses up to one month prior.

Medical history

Diabetic, not medicated, not medically managed, no accu-checks. Wife manages via healthy diet.

Other medications

No Prescriptions, OTC medications, dietary supplements, or herbal supplements being taken.

None. Patient declined ED visit. Per patient's wife, they went to Clinic but clinician declined to see the patient due to vaccinations given.
