Symptom narrative

pt complained of HA, chest pain, injection site pain and fever (100.0). Pt sent to ER, MD there felt generalized aches and mucle pain were likely related to immunizations. EKG WNL, workup of labs showed only mild thrombocytopenia.

Evan's syndrome, asthma, FTT, AIHA, Chronic ITP,

Other medications

Albuterol, Flovent, Budesonide, MVI, DuoNeb

Lab data

EKG, CBC, CMP, Troponin, all 08/21/25. All within normal, except for above mentioned mild thrombocytopenia
