Symptom narrative

Patient received 1 dose of 0.5ml IM injection left deltoid Engerix B. Immediately after injection, patient experienced lightheadedness, dizziness, and sweaty hands. Patient was instructed to sit down for additional 15 minutes for observing. After 15 minutes, patient stated she felt better and wanted to leave with her mom.
