Symptom narrative

Patient had a slight injection site reaction at first and then broke out in welts all over her legs, arms and back. She initially thought they were bug bites but they were not itchy just very painful. She called and spoke to the pharmacist on duty who suggested she call her doctor and make an appointment for a visit. The patient said the doctor gave her an antibiotic ointment which is kind of helping but the welts have started to scab over.
