Symptom narrative

After receiving vaccinations patient started with a bloody nose. Mother was able to get bleeding to stop. During vaccinations CMA did report patient was really anxious. Mother called back about an hour or so later and report the patient had another bloody nose. Mother noted patient had never had a bloody nose before.
