Left Upper Arm Pain: - Onset of pain began the day after receiving the Prevnar 20 vaccine, approximately 3 days ago. - Describes pain as severe enough to prevent lifting the arm. - Pain localized to the deltoid area. - Applying ice and taking ibuprofen with minimal relief. - Pain disrupted sleep last night. - Denies fever, chills, warmth, redness, or swelling.
