Symptom narrative

Pt received vaccine and walked to the front desk. Pt felt lighted and sat down in the waiting area. She felt hot, tunnel vision, and dry throat. BP was 70/48. Pt was given water, apple juice, and crackers. She was wheelchaired to an exam room. She was laying down and feeling better. Her vision was better and her BP was 108/70. The front desk called pts mom and she came to pick her up. Once pt was feeling better, she was released to her mother. Pt was advised to rest for the remaining of the day.
