No symptoms reported; HCP reports an 18 year old patient received a larger than recommended dose of RECOMBIVAXHB on 07JUL2025. This was the patient's first dose and patient was administered 1.0mL. No symptoms reported. HCP provided consent to correspondence. No add; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to an 18-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 07-Jul-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) (RECOMBIVAX HB) (lot #Y014323, expiration date: 12-Feb-2027) 1 mL administered by Unknown route as Prophylaxis. The reporter stated that the patient received a larger than recommended dose (Overdose). No symptoms reported.
