Symptom narrative

Patient developed redness and swelling around the injection site within hours, diarrhea with mucus and blood within 12 hours, severe reflux she choked on within hours, and MSPI within days after vaccination. She was kept longer at the hospital after her birth to observe her. Since adverse reactions to vaccinations, patient has been diagnosed with severe ADHD and a corn allergy.

Ever since newborn vaccinations, patient developed a corn allergy, severe reflux, and severe ADHD.
