Symptom narrative

I started to feel something around late October of 2021. My hand was tingling and then is spread throughout my body, my hands, legs were numb, anything brushing up against my skin was extremely painful, I couldn't walk straight, then my left leg went completely limp

Current illness

No known illnesses prior to vaccination.

Medical history

transverse myelitis and neuromyelitis optica, necrosis in both hips, Sjogren's syndrome. I have been advised from my doctors and I am not fit to return to work in any capacity until further notice. I am wheelchair bound. I am unable to lift objects over 10 pounds, or stand for any period of time. I am not able to sit in a chair for over 2 hours, as doing so causes severe pain. I am paralysis in her left leg, as well as bowel and bladder dysfunction associated with my condition. I have sever neuropathic pain, joint pain, nerve damage/inflammation, limb weakness, chronic pain, memory loss, and dryness.

Other medications

None. I was not taking any medications, supplements, or remedies at the time of vaccination

Allergies

Allergic to steroids ? severe adverse reaction in past treatment. No known food allergies.

x-ray6/3/2022, CT scans 12/1/2021, MRIs 12/2/2021, Pathology Report, Cerebrospinal fluid, spinal tap, EKG-Electrocardiogram 5/3/2022. Please contact my doctors for records of my full list.
