Symptom narrative

Patient Received Vaccine on Monday 8/18. She came to Pharmacy on Sunday 8/24 to report rash and swelling. Per patient, she got rash ( red and hot ) and swelling on tuesday evening and she used ice pack. She thought it will get better . Swelling got better but it is still there . as she does not have primary care , she did not contact Doctor. suggested her to see Emergecy if needed.

Per patient , she is heart patient , currently no primary care and having new Heart Dr appointment this week.
