Redness, swelling, itching along left upper arm; sensitive to local touch - "feels hot to the touch"; treated at local urgent care and prescribed topical anti-inflammatory (Triamcinolone cream) and topical antibiotic (Mupirocin ointment) along with oral antibiotic (Cephalexin 500mg TID for 7 days)
