Symptom narrative

Patient got 2 vaccines - Shingrix and Fluzone HD, one in each arm and came back to pharmacy complaining of severe redness, swelling and itching on both arms (around underarm area). Patient spoke another language and had a relative video call to explain the adverse reaction. She was counseled that injection site reactions were common and to try some allergy tablets or hydrocortisone cream for the itching and redness. She was advised to contact her physician if it got worse or did not show improvement in couple days. She was also advised to call the pharmacy in couple days if symptoms didn't seem to resolve
