Patient fainted shortly after vaccine administration

Current illness

Patient came in feeling unwell: Patient states he developed nausea with associated vomiting, fatigue, abdominal pain and dizziness ongoing for 1-2 days. Patient states his father is concerned for possible appendicitis but dramamine slightly alleviated symptom

Other medications

Dramamine 25 MG Tablet 0.5 tablet (12.5 mg) Orally daily , Notes to Pharmacist: as needed.
