Symptom narrative

After immunization has been with fever, chills, diaphoresis, headaches, body aches/malaise, productive cough.

Medical history

Pure hypercholesterolemia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, allergic rhinitis, obesity

Allergies

Lipitor (nausea), Weat, Mistletoe, tree nuts

Lab data

Respiratory pathogen panel with COVID were all negative (done on 8/21/25 and 8/26/25). Chest Xray on 8/26/25 with "no acute cardiopulmonary abnormality". All done in an outside urgent care and emergency department.
