Symptom narrative

Symptoms of pain, loss of range of motion, and swelling happened within a few hours after shot. Was seen by urgent care, ER and and Orthopedic Surgeon who diagnosed with SIRVA in right shoulder. Now after missing some work, being on steroids/anti-inflammatories and nerve pain medication, we are having to also go to physical therapy.
