no adverse event; incorrect product storage; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a 3-year-old male patient. The patient had no medical history nor concurrent conditions. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 14-Mar-2025, the patient was vaccinated at private doctor's office or hospital with the first dose of Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD), Solution for injection (lot #X019102, expiration date: 16-Jul-2025), dose number 1, administered by Subcutaneous route in Left Thigh. It was diluted with sterile diluent (BAXTER STERILE DILUENT). The vaccine underwent a temperature excursion of freezer.
