HCP reported administration of VAXELIS Prefilled Syringe that experienced two temperature excursions.; This non-serious spontaneous safety report, with reference number 02838566 (Interaction Number 02838525), was received by partner on 15-JUL-2025 and forwarded to agency on 15-JUL-2025 from an other health professional. Due to the nature of the event, the causality between the event HCP reported administration of VAXELIS Prefilled Syringe that experienced two temperature excursions.' and Vaxelis was not applicable.
