The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 20-Aug-2025, the was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) 1 dosage form (1 dose), (dose, dose number, lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age).
