Symptom narrative

Pt was seen in the ER on 8/22/25 for swelling and redness of Left arm with limited mobility of that arm. ER reported that this was due to injection given improperly, states that it appears to be given in the Joint. Lab work and x-ray and referral to Ortho was made. No medications were given and pt followed up with PCP on same day, and no additional medication given or follow up was made at this time.
