The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date of 2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD), lot #Z003309, expiration date: 21-Jul-2026, reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) administered for prophylaxis (dose, route of administration and anatomical site of injection were not provided). The vaccine was administered after a temperature excursion which occurred on 22-Aug-2025.
