PT REPORTS MEDICAL ASSISTANT HE "TROUBLE GETTING IT IN HER DELTOID" SO MOVED TO HER LONG END UPPER TRICEP BRACHII MUSCLE. NEXT PATIENT CAME IN AND C/O REDNESS. DR EXAMINED PT AND FOUND IT WAS A NORMAL VACCINE REACTION. THERE WAS A SMALL PINK AREA. WE ARE REPORTING TO THE INJECTION ERROR
