Both vaccines given in Left upper arm, returned to clinic on 8/29/25, left upper arm swollen, red, and hot to touch. Area of redness, swelling, and heat approx. 7 inches in length and 4-5 inches in width. Client advised to present to urgent care of choice and have left arm evaluated
