Symptom narrative

Went to facility for annual physical, and was forced to get the Prevnar20 vaccine even though I have had it as a child. Felt light headed after the vaccine was administered. Fainted and went in and out of consciousness. When consciousness was regained was sweating heavily as if I had a mini fever, but after a few minutes of sitting down, I felt normal again. Incident caused the doctor to send a driver medical evaluation to the DMV to take away my driver's license without a brain scan EEG evaluation performed. Have experienced frequent headaches every 2-3 days and mental and physical stress has been experienced ever since this traumatizing incident occured.
