Symptom narrative

Pt developed itchiness, redness and swelling surrounding Kinrix injection site to left anterior thigh 1 day after administration. Mom states she wasn't too worried about it until this morning when the area looked larger. The size in diameter of induration is approximately 3 inches. No other signs or symptoms.
