Symptom narrative

He experienced facial swelling on the cheeks after receiving his second shingles vaccine at 9:00 AM. The swelling became noticeable around 9:30 AM while driving home and was described as 'really very puffy' by the time he arrived home. In response to the swelling, he took 25 mg of Benadryl, which reduced the swelling to about twenty percent of its original size by the time of the visit. No other symptoms associated with his known peanut allergy, such as hives, lip swelling, or breathing difficulties, were present.
