A 62-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Primary Immunization series complete), for Covid-19 immunization. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "she has Covid"; COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "she has Covid ". Clinical course: patient stated she has Covid and was prescribed Paxlovid and she has taken all of the Covid shots and done everything. Caller confirms the Covid vaccines were Pfizer. Patient states when she got to the Pharmacy they told her it was going to be (withheld) 1700 and she is a disabled vet so they told her to call Pfizer for help. No follow-up attempts are possible.
