The patient's relevant medical history included: "Covid", start date: Oct2024 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Took Paxlovid. It occurred ten months ago from 27Aug2025. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (DOSE NUMBER UNKNOWN), for Covid-19 immunisation. He had Pfizer shots.
