Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

I never got the 2nd one; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (The patient got the first Shingrix shot about 3 years ago). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: I never got the 2nd one). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:24-AUG-2025 The patient got the first Shingrix shot about 3 years ago and never got the 2nd one. The reporter asked if he/she still get the 2nd shot. Till the time of reporting the patients did not receive the second dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
