Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Additional Details: After the Flu shot was given, the Patient sprung back arching their back over the back of the chair and then fainted, sliding down to the floor. Patient was unconscious for about 5 seconds, then came back to alert and responsive. Her heart rate was low after the shot, no history of any heart conditions, does have a history of hypoglycemia.
