Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Hypotension-Medium, Systemic: Nausea-Medium, Systemic: Vomiting-Medium, Additional Details: Pharmacy inside store - pt was walking around store with wife and had an episode of vomiting and momentarily blacked out. Injection around 7PM, pt came back to pharmacy around 7:17PM. BP 98/64, HR 45. Pt sat outside pharmacy until 7:30PM and states was feeling better.
