Symptom narrative

Systemic: Confusion-Severe, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Medium, Additional Details: Pt became confused stumbling upon walking out of vaccination room. Immunizer asked pt to sit, who then became unresponsive and fainted. RPh on duty was called over to administer first aid. He was lowered to the ground and legs placed on a chair. He was pale and clammy and BP ranged between 90/60 to 68/40.
